Olive-sided Flycatcher
Contopus cooperi

Native Range: North America

Notes: a rather large and sturdy flycatcher that sometimes (but not always) shows diagnostic white tufted patches of feathers on the sides of its rump; otherwise best told from similar Western Wood Pewee by its olive "vest" usually highlighted by darker streaks, and by its shorter-tailed look; no sexual dimorphism.
