Jackass (or African) Penguin
Spheniscus demersus

Native Range: Africa

Notes: this species gets its name from its voice, which is a donkey-like braying; but because some people interpret "jackass" to be a derogatory term, many field guides now call this secies the African Penguin instead; nests in crevices on rocky shorelines around the southern tip of Africa.
