Notes: a small (buzzard-sized) eagle best told in flight by its two-toned underwing that is light-colored in the anterior portion and dark-colored in the posterior portion; comes in two plumage phases, with one showing a rich dark-brown plumage with a rufous tail and the other (pictured here) showing much more white below.
