Native Range: Eurasia

Notes: Europe's counterpart of North America's Semipalmated Plover; slighty larger than Europe's otherwise similar Little Ringed Plover, but in flight shows a white stripe out the wing that the LIttle Ringed Plover lacks; found mostly on sandy or shingy marine shorelines.
